We have just started planting salads, herbs and a variety of fruit bushes in the new kitchen garden beside the Lodge. Available fresh each day for our award winning chef, Pascal Marinot, to harvest only minutes before dinner. It is also an attractive place for our guests to visit on their walk around the Delphi grounds. The kitchen garden is strictly organic and is part of our commitment to sustainability and the protection of the local environment. It is very important to us that from our guests’ point of view dining at Delphi Lodge is a very special experience!
